The nurse I saw was kind and efficient. The man carrying out the xray of my 1 year old was impatient and made the experience stressful. I was struggling to hold my daughter’s hand correctly, he was short tempered and was easily frustrated with me. I could not see what he was asking me to do as my daughter was on my lap and my vision was blocked by her head. He got really annoyed with me. The female staff behind the desk at the end acknowledged this was handled poorly and tried to reassure me. I think this staff member needs a refresher on dealing with the public patiently and kindly, I was not happy for my 1 year old to be around him.

Suggested improvements
See above about the male member of x ray team, he needs a refresher on customer service and an appreciation that parents and children are stressed when injured and in pain and his job is to get the xray done without causing further distress.
