The nurse, Judy was very kind. She did make the whole experience better.
Suggested improvements
I feel the first appt was a waste of everyone’s time. I was told I would be scanned at the first appt. I showed up and waited 5 hours to be told to come back in a day for a scan. This is why the NHS is in trouble.
