The fact my son received the medication he needed

Actually call back within the 6 hours 111 state and not hours afterwards. Also we had an appointment at 12am and we weren’t taken in to see the doctor until 1:30am pretty appalling waiting times when you have a poorly child who wants sleep and your appointment was supposed to be at 12am.
