Having been unable to find anywhere available in West Dorset to help me it was an absolute joy and utter relief to be able to get the care I needed today. Receptionists understanding and kindly. Went out of their way to find an appropriate appointment despite being booked up. The care itself was exemplary and everything was explained fully and clearly to me. Nothing but praise and my grateful thanks.

We were seen quickly and we were given really helpful friendly advice. We felt confident that our problem was being sorted efficiently. Only improvement would be if we could arrange an appointment over the phone rather than come down to make an appointment than come back later to be seen, my husband is disabled and it's not always easy to bring him out and not always.
