New system is just not working well for patient care. Phoning Oaklands - receptionist not very helpful - then waiting 2 weeks for a late appointment. I joined boots as work quite a distance from Yeovil and difficult to get time off work. New system is disjointed and the reason more people will end up going to A and E. We need more appointments slots/more GPs :-(.

Came today to have coil removed and now the put in - the two nurses were brilliant throughout.
She is good and very helping and she was so kind.
