Got the appointment needed same day but rang surgery from 8:00 am to 8:45 am - it was answered twice to then to be cut off so had to get my partner to drive into the surgery to make the appointment.

The GP was running over 40 minutes late with no one stopping to acknowledge the length of time I had been sat here. There was a young family also waiting to be seen with a distressed child and who had been waiting for longer than I had without being seen. I think more awareness and communication is required. If I was late (especially this late) I'm sure my appointment would be considered missed.

Appointment system I know it's difficult but improvement needs to be considered. Treatment quite thorough when you get appointment! Staff very pleased.
