Every time I have an appointment here the doctor or nurse are always late. Not just a bit late, but very late. If I was late for an appointment I wouldn't be seen so I don't feel it is acceptable. Today I waited 25 mins and yesterday the GP was 40 mins late.

GPs are very helpful, but is difficult getting an appointment or being able to book in advance, due to 'locking' of appointments which open the next morning and are then all gone before you can get through. Receptionists do try their best, but could be more sympathetic towards anxiety sufferers.

Nurse was very friendly (had a blood test done). However - poor infection control (coughed on hand and then continued with procedure) did not confirm details on blood test form.
