I am always pleased with the staff and care we receive at both Boots and Oaklands. However, my biggest bugbear is when no one informs you if clinic are running late. How much effort would it take to inform the waiting room of delays? I run clinics myself in the NHS and I always update the waiting room if I've got behind, keeping patients informed is a must. This let's the service down please consider a screen update or don't find the reception staff particularly friendly. A couple are nice. Claire, Gregory has/is always been helpful and friendly.
