Why have the days of booking a non urgent appointment et in a week or 2 weeks time gone these days. I don’t want to ring at 8am to get an appointment for the same day when it’s non urgent. Especially as many work and can’t wait on hold for 20-30mins+ to try to discuss this. Wychbury you need to sort yourselves out pretty quick

Doctors are great but other staff getting details wrong or not doing their job let the practice down badly

Receptionist could have got the details correct for the doctor calling me. Nurse could’ve called me back after twice leaving messages on answerphone. Tried to blame me for not ordering my medication when this is never been the case before. Not actually responding to the main complaint when complaints are made it seems things are brushed under the carpet

** honest patient review** Getting though to get an appointment is horrendous. you can never see the doctor you want too when it suits the patient. The reception staff are often rude and dont care that you have been on hold for 30 mins or you have a job which means appointments during the working day 9-6 are unsuitable. The extended hours clinic is always full aswell. The only clinic I ever managed to get an appointment in was a saturday and now this option has disappeared. If you manage to get through and see a consultant, they are always nice, polite and in 90% of cases actually care. I highly recommend, Dr Coates & Dr Hardie in particular.

Absolute nightmare trying to get an appointment. I was told that I couldn’t get a repeat prescription for an inhaler without seeing a Dr but having tried of 5 separate occasions to see a Dr I have been told each time that there are no appointments. With a few exceptions the reception staff are often rude and unhelpful.
