Not always possible to get a face to face appointment. But phone back is usually very good.

More face to face appointments. But happy with the overall service WMG provide.

I only joined Worthing Medical Group in November. I have received very good care and attention by Dr Bannerman and Dr Morgan. Nurse that did my blood test was lovely.

The reception staff are infinitely patient. The GPS are conscientious and always call back as promised. Nurses doing blood tests are friendly and re-assuring and the pharmacists check medication and side effects with great care. Couldn't ask for more even though the building is a bit rough around the edges, we do have a brand new clinic opening soon.

I can't think of anything - the GPs always LISTEN which is vitally important.
