Negative. Difficult to get appointments when you ring up - long wait to get through the telephone time in the morning and usually the appointments are gone by the time you get through. There does not seem to be any effective electronic queening system. Positive. The GPs always come across professional courteous and helpful. Weekend surgery opening hours is a very good thing, especially for busy working people with children - helps prevent school work description.
