Due to the general shortage of GPs, it is more difficult to get an appt to see my doctor. I understand the rationale behind the change in health care at the surgery but usually after seeing a nurse some advice or guidance is required from a doctor in the surgery. Knowing this is likely I find that it acts as a detrimental from seeking timely medical assistance. Whenever I do see a Phillips including today I feel that I receive excellent treatment!

Came in with a swollen arm from a bite and was sympathetically listened to and was seen by a nurse practitioner within 20 mins. Thank you!
