I saw a member of the acute team regarding a problem with my ear. I was able to get an appointment quickly which was a real plus. The nurse I saw seemed knowledgeable and was helpful. For more serious issues or continuity of care with a problem the ability to book an appointment with a specific GP remains a problem.
