After I rang and explained my situation and my concern, I was given an appointment on the same day, the treatment I received was professional and caring. I was given another appointment for 2 days later for my situation to be checked and monitored. I am a carer for my husband who has dementia. He accompanied me and was treated with respect and friendliness. I am satisfied with the current situation. Improvements are for those who know what they are talking about, so not me!
