Once you get an appointment the care is excellent. Receptionists all polite and doctor most caring. Because of limited time with doctor, I feel unable to mention more than 1 or 2 concerns so leave feeling dissatisfied. Seldom see same dr have to see locum etc.

The explanation of the 'mechanics' of the problem. I felt the root cause of the problem was being addressed, not the obvious signs.

I have had mixed experiences over the years but recently it has improved. One thing that needs to be improved is eye to eye contact as I feel some are excellent at it and some are not as I feel its important to feel from a patient point of view that the staff member is interested in that person.
