Waiting room warm and tidy. Seen on time. Doctor Phillipps helpful and informative.

Very helpful staff was seen within half an hour of calling the practice, treatment given straight away, been at the practice all my life always found all staff helpful, very good at their jobs and very supportive. Always had an appointment the same day and treatment and advice has always been to a high standard.

Baby daughter has had ear infection 3 times in 6 weeks, not given an appointment with GP until 3rd time and only after a cancellation. This is not acceptable!
