Kept waiting at the reception area by 2 patients with complicated inquiries (resulting in me being late for appointment). Unable to use the automatic check in as the machine would not let me put in my day off birth (being double digits). This machine needs looking at the moment is inefficient! Please also check time on clock in waiting area. I think it may be fast.
