I was seen the day I phoned for an appointment. I was given excellent care. Lots of tests and a range of blood. Excellent caring service from Kirsty.

I called at 0830 to get an appointment. Asking to see a Dr rather than a practice nurse. The receptionist required this for my appointment and I was able to see my GP. Improvement could be quicker phone times as it takes a while to get through.
