Most people go to health centre are elderly people, they might be can’t hear very well or mobility or memory not very good , they need extra help , extra care, the person in the front desk should be friendly , be patient and understanding ! The staff in Health centre front desk , most of them are very friendly, only 1or 2 are unfriendly, never have a smile ! The smile is very important for the patients ! We always said ‘ go extra mile ‘ , that should be customers service manner !

I called at 0830 to get an appointment. Asking to see a Dr rather than a practice nurse. The receptionist required this for my appointment and I was able to see my GP. Improvement could be quicker phone times as it takes a while to get through.
