The receptionists are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Had to wait 40 minutes to be seen by a doctor, when I finally received my prescription it turns out that the product had been discontinued. The pharmacy staff were incredibly unhelpful and didn’t suggest any alternatives. I spent nearly an hour and a half at the surgery waiting, which was a complete waste of time as I wasn’t offered an alternative prescription. I had run out of the medication so I had to result in paying for the free prescription elsewhere and taking 2 hours of my working day spent in the surgery, unpaid. This is the third time I have experienced a waiting time over 30 minutes.

Me and my mother had an appointment booked today (one after the other) and for the first time in about 10yrs we were running late, in the past if we’ve ran late we’ve apologised and were offered an alternative time or appointment that day but today we were spoken down to by one of your receptionists and told we wouldn’t be seen (baring in mind we’ve waiting two weeks for the appointment) Safe to say my mum was extremely angry for not having any treatment to solve her ongoing illness and we find it appalling from a national service perspective that we were spoken to in the manner we were for being late by mere minutes which sometimes you can’t help life. Nevertheless we’ve found your service appalling, most of the time a pain to even get seen by another regular, and thus have decided to look elsewhere for future health care needs.

When i called for an appointment, i was given one for two days later which suited me. The receptionist asked the nature of my illness and when i told her, she offered me a sooner appointment straight away. The doctor was extremely thorough and made me feel very comfortable

The receptionists are dedicated and try to assist and help no matter how busybthe surgery isnand under pressure. Everything always on an even keel and calm. A real comfort to know they are so professional.
