This practice used to be really good. The way in which it is now managed is abysmal and totally not in line with CQC or NHS England standards and duty of care and candour. Attitude of management and some reception staff towards their patients is condescending, rude and lacks any sincere integratory and needs to be held to account. Recording of accurate factual data of patients and sharing of data is unacceptable under GDPRS legislation, and needs to be addressed by the ICO and regulatory bodies that the practice is duly accountable to. There are regular bad experience reviews online by patients at the practice over recent months and more patients should share their experiences good and bad to try and make improvements to this one really good practice. The practice owners also need to take some responsibility for the vetting of some of the staff and management that they employ that are responsible for the poor below standard experience that many patients are experiencing at this practice.
