The reception staff are always warm and friendly. My GP Dr Shakur has been wonderful throught my treatment, I feel that she listens very carefully and prescribes accordingly.

Drs have a very good bedside manner always ready to listen and help if able Receptionists are always friendly and have a smile on there face Will help with appointments the best they can

I have been seeing Mel since the end of March - currently 4 appts. No-one particularly enjoys having to visit the doctors, but for each of my visits, Mel has put me completely at ease and makes it very clear that she has time for me. She always remembers who I am and everything about me. I think Mel's priority is 'patient care' and not targets - it's very re-assuring to know she is there.
