I requested a telephone appointment at 9 am last Thursday. The Doctor called me at 10.30 am, we had a brief conversation and she asked me to attend the surgery at 11.30 am. The Doctor as usual was thorough, professional and left me in a good place. West Oak is a very good, surgery, the Doctors and staff are careing helpful and friendly. I hope the telephone appointments are a thing of the future as it was swift same day and I came out happy. May I say thank you to all at West Oak

The GP's are really good, great listeners! But there's over a month wait on appointments and the receptionists don't understand what Autism is :/ not helpful when I'm trying to book an appointment :(
