Do not bother with this practice and its backwards thinking practitioners. If you have a chronic condition or any sort of mental health condition you will he put in a 'box' and labelled a hypochondriac. After being refused pain medication and being unable to have any form of discussion with a doctor that didn't involve being shut down because 'it's all in my head' I sought out another practice that took my concerns seriously, arranged for MRI scans and pain medication only to find out Weavers had left me with an untreated damaged achilles for nearly 10 weeks
I rang the surgery yesterday about 3.30 pm as I had an infection. Dr Taylor rang me back at 3.40, sent a prescription to the Pharmacy and by 4.15, I had collected the medication. This service is second to none especially when we are all in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis. I wish to thank Dr Taylor for responding so quickly and for her kind and caring attitude. Also thanks to all the reception staff who are working under very difficult conditions. We are all, everyone of us, very lucky indeed to have the NHS and their dedicated staff. Thank you all again.
Almost impossible to get an appointment the same month. No chance of a regular gp. Recently tried to order a prescription that was delayed because the doctor couldn't be bothered to read my notes.
I’ve called 49 times this morning and still not able to get through for an appointment, rubbish
