Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the practice did not meet your expectations of the service regarding the appointments. Please note we are currently advertising for GPs. However, as you are probably already aware through the press there is a national shortage of GPs and doctors training to be GPs which proves difficult when trying to recruit GPs.

With over 2000 patients per full time GP there will be times when routine appointments for a particular doctor are already booked. Doctors also have outside commitments, holidays and training courses to attend. Please be assured that we always aim to provide a high standard of service to our patients.
