Easy to get an appointment with good doctors. You cannot improve this service.

My care is well looked after. Couldn't be better. Only problem trying to get an appointment when really needed and time waiting on telephone extremely poor.

Thank you for your feedback and comments. We are sorry that our practice did not meet your expectations of the service regarding appointments and telephone. With over 2000 patients per full time GP there will be times when routine appointments for a particular doctors are already booked. Doctors also have outside commitments, holidays and training courses to attend. We have recently undertaken an audit of the telephone system which is displayed in the reception waiting area and on our practice website. We work closely with our Patient Participation Group to develop and improve services where appropriate. Our PPG welcomes new members and we would encourage our patients to play an active role in the future developments of their practice.

The doctor sat and listened to you. You need longer than 10 mins sometimes.

Takes a long time to book appointment but doctors are very helpful, especially Dr. Ridde and Dr Hand.
