Thank you for your feedback and comments. We are sorry that our practice did not meet your expectations of the service. We have sadly seen the parting of three GPs over a short period of time but have continued to provide the same level of GP appointments through the engagement of qualified sessional GPs. With over 2000 patients per full time GP there will be times when routine appointments for a particular doctor are already booked. Doctors also have outside commitments, holidays and training courses to attend. We would like to inform you that we have a recruitment drive underway to try to recruit either Salaried GPs or GP Partners, however sadly we have experienced on-going difficulty in recruiting into these vacancies.We would like to assure you that we always am to provide a high standard of services to our patients.
