Thank you for your feedback. We try our very best to give all of our patients the time and best care that we can whenever possible. We do have a privacy sign in reception for patients to stand and wait away from the reception desk when the receptionist is already dealing with a patient. We also have a notice in reception which states that should a patient wish to discuss a matter in private, please ask at reception.
