Tried to make an appointment on 8th Feb and told they are fully booked until March. Extremely frustrating that they are advertising for new patients yet they don't have the capacity to see the patients that they've already got.

We sympathise with our patients' fustrations, and work closely with our Patient Participation Group to develop and improve services where appropriate. Our PPG welcomes new members and we would encourage our patients to play an active role in the future development of their practice services.
