Positives - Dr Gill is a patient, caring, compassionate doctor and is the best in the practice, however, impossible to get a consultation with her. - Some of the receptionists are helpful and polite when dealing with your query. Negatives - I had to wait 3 weeks to see a doctor about a routine medical complaint. This has not improved even after they have appointed 3 new GPs to the practice. - Trying to get an emergency appointment is just as difficult. I ended up not being able to get one after 2 days of trying and ended up in a Walk-In Centre. - It is very difficult to see the same doctor - I consider this important especially due to having a long-standing, chronic medical condition. - It is impossible to get through to the surgery on the telephone. A wait of up to 15 minutes is normal. - They regularly get my repeat prescription wrong or have to wait longer than 48 hours to get it issued.
