Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that the practice did not meet your expectations of the service. With over 2000 patients per full time GP there will be times when routine appointments for a particular doctor are already booked. Doctors also have outside committments, holidays and training courses to attend. We would like to assure you that we always aim to provide a high standard of service to our patients.
