Share review of Wawn Street Surgery

Thank you for your feedback. With regards to the appointment feedback - with over 2000 patients per full time GP, there will be times when routine appointments for a particular doctor are already booked. Doctors also have outside commitments, holidays and training courses to attend. We have recently recruited a Nurse Practitioner to the practice team. We would like to assure you that we always aim to provide a high standard of service to our patients but if anyone has concerns, please contact the Managing Partner. The practice works closely with our Patient Participation Group to develop and improve services where appropriate. Our PPG welcomes new members and we would encourage our patients to play an active role in the future development of their practice services.
