More doctors. Pre-bookable appointments. Perhaps back to the simple first come, first seen system. My recent spate of appointment has led me to name the excellent, caring and kind attention I received from the following:- Mr Philip Sharratt. Mrs Pam Handley. Lynn Malins. Dr Triona Withanage. All the receptionists I saw or spoke to Tuesday Sept 11 hour. 44 am to lunch time. Wednesday 12 hours and Thursday 13 hour were excellent.

I came here 2 weeks ago feeling extremely low and depressed. A black cloud was permanently over my head. My problem was moving on from a relationship separation. I felt the GP was completely understanding and sympathetic. My appointment definitely ran over time but at no time did I feel rushed. The advice given was extremely helpful.

Need more doctors not just Locums who don't know the patience. If you have a problem and see a doctor and its going. You should be able to keep seeing the doctor, needs more appointments maybe stay open later in the evenings for people that have to work. The best people I've seen are Ms. Patricia Malins, Mrs Pamela Handley, Dr. Triona Withanage. Amy Wong. You should be able to see the same doctor.

Reception staff are not very helpful, very condescending. Anybody other than appt receptionists, do not pick up phone, goes on answer phone. Despite leaving messages no one calls back. Even after reassurances by reception staff on three consecutive days no call backs. Even visiting the surgery was told staff in the office is unavailable to talk about a referral. Its luke you cant get anywhere and no concrete answers to when can these staff members call back or be reached. So frustrating.
