Never can get a prompt appointment .. wait in line on phone for ages and then I get told to go econsult at 8am but when I log on it’s full or unavailable it’s very frustrating when you need a doctor

Let people book appointments over phone and also open the econsult twice a day and allocate a staff to deal with the messages
