I used to be very impressed with the surgery a couple of years ago but have watched it go rapidly downhill as of late and don't have any faith in it any more, and what makes it worse is the fact that my husband is not a well man and has ongoing medical problems so I am really scared of having to deal with the surgery and tend to let problems get worse till I can’t wait anymore there are two Doctors that are good they are Dr Roberts and Dr Pilal but just can’t get them why can’t someone help us PLEASE

Have a better answering system and make time for the patients, when I am told by the hospital to contact my GP surgery and I tell them how difficult it is to get through they say they hear that a lot and sympathise but don’t know what to suggest.
