I made my appointment online - easy to choose a date and time convenient to me.
Electronic C led's in excellent. Much better than having to queue to see the receptionist.
Dr Nguyen made the appointment appear relaxed and leisurely, whilst taking time to discuss symptoms and queries. He has the right mix of friendliness and professionalism to suit me.
