I have repeatedly telephoned the yellow to ask what has happened since I visited some months ago with my 98 year old mother when we were told that she would be referred for a diagnosis for dementia. Her dementia has worsened we are not getting any support and every time I telephone I am told the doctor will return my call and he does not. I really think the way the practice operates appears to be very cruel and uncaring.
