The trainee nurse that spoke to my father initially may need a little help with her customer care skills, he is 87 and she was quite short with him, and just a little patronising, while he was trying to explain what he needed. The more experienced nurse that we completed the treatment made up for the bumpy start to the appointment.
I also think that you should have a category for nurses along with all the doctor names, they are key to the service that we as patients and carers receive and there should be somewhere to record the the brilliant service that they provide.
We have been patients with The Writtle Surgery for forty years and have always found everyone, extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. We have always been given the finest of care.
The GP was attentive, informative and caring. Made me feel relaxed and involved me in decision making.
