Didn't know about triage system but explained symptoms and was given appointment. So felt understood and got appointment for 10 year old.

Generally the attitude of the receptionists is supportive and helpful. Recently, I was very impressed with the way my query regarding new medication was dealt with when I called requesting advice. The lady who took my call was very thorough in passing on my Doctors instructions and also, her help in booking my follow up appointment was much appreciated.

Dr Sorwar didn't rush the appointment and spent a good deal of time listening. He went beyond treating the symptoms and arranged a number of tests to see if anything is wrong causing the illness to persist.
