The receptionists and office staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.
I have spoken to 3 triage GP's who were sympathetic and prescribed new medication, but it is difficult to get an appointment and I needed to 'see' someone.
Dr Archana booked me in herself for the following week.

My husband and I have both needed appointments with nurse/dr recently (very unusual for us!) and have been so impressed with the care we received. The triage system is amazing - on Friday 1st Oct Dr Ray rang me and organized an appointment with nurse Hazel within 30 mins. She was amazing and kind and professional. My husband has had similar experiences. Dr Osborne nurse Linda.
