The doctor was very patient, explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand and gave advice that was very useful and easy to apply. She also made me feel at ease and not rushed at all. In my opinion nothing needed improving as the care provided was excellent.

It is impossible to have a good patient doctor relationship as each time we visit we see a different locum. Waiting 3+ weeks to see a permanent GP is unacceptable. I feel that this practice does not care at all about its patients or the community it serves.
