Ridiculously long time to wait. This is not A and E! Why can an appointment system not be made to work without delaying by 45 minutes and counting (I arrived 1 hour ago). 5:40 appointment with Dr Kerr. "Take it up with the doctor" was the response from reception.

Care was good. Felt comfortable with doctor.

Dr Anna Muskill is a credit to the surgery but most of all the patients, very caring doctor. However, the following comment is relating to my previous visit for Sciakica with a different doctor. I arrived well in good time for my appointment only to be called in about an hour later. What I experienced was great discomfort sitting down, and pacing about was not an option in the waiting room, with all the people there. Little did I know that-

I saw the children's practitioner and my daughter for the first time at doctors was at complete ease and allowed the doctor to examine her without any arguments. Think the idea at a children's doctor is fantastic.

Friendly staff- very approachable, both reception staff and doctor. Very helpful- I could not ask for more. Dr Sawar is extremely polite and helpful.
