I was having a test and there wasn't enough notes on the system since last Friday about what is to be tested. Although I called to make sure notes are added before my appointment. Look disorganized and unmanageable.

Nurse Lucy was amazing. Extremely professional and swiftly acted with calm, confidence, reassuring manner when my son was very ill with sats of 88% etc. Followed up with visits and phone calls.

Doctors listened carefully, and scheduled tests to check all possibilities of cause of chest pain, (as we had hoped).
