Caring, friendly polite receptionist who helped enourmously to facilitate my request & with success. A two week delay from apt. for an immediate problem is not helpful for a condition tho' by no means an emergency still painful. Maybe a practioner nurse could do a walk in surgery for more minor but distressing complaints.

I am extremly pleased with the surgery particularly the time care they give to patients like me; specifically nurse Linda who is very methodical, caring and thorough. I'm getting my health back thanks to nurse Linda.
