Good: I have been heard (now depends what's in the notes). Unacceptable: GP accepted 2 persons calls in my appointment and when I wanted to discuss about the second issue (within the 15 mins slot). I was refused, and asked to book another appointment. GP K. Shafillah.

I needed to see a GP today using the triage system I spoke to a DT on phone at 2.30 and received on apt for 3.10- marvelous!.
