I am very grateful for all the care and help I have received from Dr Ray, and in the past other GPs , and all the staff at Wall House Surgery over the last year or so. After suffering from debilitating pain and various referrals and treatment, I had a hip replacement on January 30th this year, which has already made an enormous difference to my well being. I have previously been involved with other group practices in other areas but Wall House is by far the best and for such a large practice does, in my opinion, an excellent job in caring for their patients.

I wanted to say thank you for the care my daughter received from Paediatric Nurse Practitioner Lucie Gamman today. Speaking to Lucie as part of the telephone triage system to assess if an appointment was necessary worked really well. During my daughter's appointment Lucie's clinic room was child friendly, she was welcoming and had a lovely manner which put my daughter at ease. She was thorough in her assessment, treatment and follow up plan if my daughter did not feel better. This is the second time I have been helped by Lucie (when my daughter was poorly last year) and on both occasions I have been impressed. Having a dedicated Paediatric Nurse Practitioner is a great asset to the practice.
