I am looking into changing surgeries on too many occasions the wait time in reception before an appt is in excess of 40 minutes. Upon seeing a doctor/nurse practitioner, an unsympathetic response and the result has been I've needed to refer myself/child to a specialist. I've also ended up in out of hours to get appropriate antibiotics.
