I visit every 4 weeks for a blood test prior to a monthly specialist appointment. Everyone I come in contact with is professional, helpful and thoughtful. Not one of my appointment has had to be changed, cancelled and I have been seen on time for 19 months in a row - even when staff have been off sick at short notice, you even managed an appointment at short notice when my hospital appointment following the test was changed special thanks to Debby who is fun!

Was given an emergency appointment very quickly and Sue was great - very understanding and empathetic.

Care side is fantastic, waiting times could do with being reduced, but understandable. Earlier, appointments would be helpful, 7 am etc. But thank you.

Receptionist friendly and efficient on phone when making an appointment. My only gripe would be the nearly 3 week wait for an appointment but I understand this is an on going issue. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment which was a little frustrating. Doctor was friendly, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do, what he was doing and next steps.

So after not being able to get an appointment for my 6yr old with out having to speak to a doctor over the hone at their convenience. Then not being able to get a double appt I am currently sitting in the waiting room with two poorly children one 7months old they are running so far 55mins late. The receptionist offered no apology just take it up with the he doctor - disgraceful And the baby change is disgusting with stains over it
