Could have been resolved first time over the phone.
No need for me to come in and have test as I have a chronic condition(chrones).

Seeing the same doctor would be helpful.
Some comments from doctors were not very compassionate "well at least you don't have cancer" when discussing the difficulties with being unwell/living with a condition.
