I had a blood test, and the first nurse who attended to me couldn't find a viable vein. But she handed me over to another nurse, Annette, who was successful.

Fran Dumbrell, the blood nurse was as always supportive, kind, polite. Thank you Fran. The receptionist, Lisa was kind and interested as she was yesterday when she informed me of the need for a blood test.

Waited 1h in the waiting area to see the GP. While I was sent to do a urine sample, the GP decided to see someone else. So I had to wait another 30 min to be seen again. This is unacceptable very impolite GP.
